Synopsis

America is drowning. One man’s only hope lies beyond six hundred dangerous miles.

By 2055, rising seas have swallowed entire coastlines, cities lie beneath the waves, and the nation has fractured under the weight of climate catastrophe, mass migration, and violence. For Corey Wells, survival means leaving behind the only home he has ever known.

His last hope is Mariah—a state-of-the-art sailing catamaran capable of carrying him across six hundred miles of open ocean to Bermuda, one of the few remaining safe havens in a world turned upside down.

But the Atlantic is unforgiving.

As Corey battles violent storms, ruthless pirates, and the constant threat of disaster at sea, an unexpected rescue changes everything. Suddenly, reaching Bermuda is no longer just about saving himself. It is about protecting another life—and finding hope where he least expects it.

Filled with authentic sailing adventure, vivid near-future worldbuilding, and a deeply human story of resilience, courage, and love, Call the Wind Mariah is a gripping climate-fiction thriller that asks a timeless question:

When everything you know is lost, how far would you sail for a second chance?

Perfect for readers of post-apocalyptic fiction, maritime adventure, and hopeful dystopian novels.
