A propos du livre

À propos des auteurs

Mariah Clark Skewes, known in her real life as Mary Boyle, writes whimsical and touching books for children, teens, and adults, all with themes of imagination, perseverance, and hopefulness. Her degrees in Psychology and Special Education and her experience as a teacher, school administrator and parent guide her writing. She lives with her husband on a vineyard in the Sierra Nevada foothills, growing wine grapes and raising honeybees and Southdown Babydoll Sheep. When not writing, she enjoys volunteering as a CASA with children in foster care, running on trails, competing in world marathons, travelling, and spending time with her four adult children and their families. Her philosophy? Life may not be fair, but it can get better. For more information including contact, visit her website at mariahclarkskewes.com.

Phoebe Cho is a talented illustrator who loves travel, surfing, biking, and collaborating on children's picture books. Originally from South Korea, Phoebe has lived in Portugal and now calls the United Kingdom home. Her artistic specialty is the drawing of children and adults, with fine attention to facial expressions. She has a unique talent for capturing the emotions of a story's characters and bringing them to life for the reader. Phoebe graduated from the University of Brighton, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Illustration and is now a freelance illustrator for books, advertisements, and educational materials. She describes her style as organic and warm, yet modern and quirky through her use of texture, shape and color.

Alejandra "Quimera" Tadeo, has been illustrating children's books for over ten years. She loves bringing to life worlds where anything is possible-ice cream skies, blue bunnies, or paper ghosts. She's from Mexico and is passionate about books, coffee, and riding her bike or skating around. She's also a big fan of traveling the world... and enjoying delicious desserts at every stop!
