Synopsis

Turns out the whole “fake it til you make it” thing actually works in show business, but what happens when you find yourself cast opposite Hollywood’s newest heartthrob? And faking it with your costar starts to feel a little too real?

Emma Watts has never had luck on her side. She works hard to keep her head above water, but her life feels like Groundhog Day. So when she hears about a movie casting call, she goes—desperate for something different in her life. When she lands an acting job on a fluke, her lucky break snowballs until she finds herself cast alongside Jacob Morrow, a newly minted Hollywood heartthrob who makes it impossible to see the line between their characters’ feelings and their own.

Jacob Morrow is as dreamy as the character he plays, and he takes his costar Emma under his wing as he coaches her through acting, shooting a series, and, gulp, love scenes. As his character falls for Emma’s, Jacob finds himself falling, too. The more he has to act like he’s hopelessly in love, the more he realizes that there just might be nothing fake about them.

Readers who love Emily Henry, Ali Hazelwood, and Carley Fortune will fall in love with this debut romance from Christina Capri—the first in her FAME series! Equal parts sweet and sexy, WALK OF FAME will grab you and not let go.
  • HE FALLS FIRST (Always a fave. Gotta love it when the man is utterly obsessed with the girl.)
  • WORKPLACE ROMANCE (We can’t, we work together!...Spoiler alert: they can and they will.)
  • FRIENDS TO LOVERS (Le sigh. One wants to be more. One doesn’t want to mess things up. Classic battle.)
  • HOLLYWOOD BEHIND THE SCENES (A peek behind the Hollywood curtain, loosely based on the author's own reality of stumbling her way into a movie job that snowballed until...well, you'll have to read it to see.)

À propos de l'auteur

Christina Capri writes what she loves to read: spellbinding love stories with a side of spice. It took her a long time to figure out what she wanted to be when she grew up and she should've known sooner, if sneaking Harlequin romance books from the Winn-Dixie since she was 12 was any indication. She lives just outside of Charleston, South Carolina with her book boyfriendish husband, two incredible children, two doglike cats and their golden retriever Queso. She's one with coffee (and creamer), easily susceptible to hanger, and chooses Mexican restaurants based solely on the quality of the queso and not the overall food, much to her husband's dismay and children's joy.She always has a romance novel in her hands or in her ears and is so happy to finally be sharing the ones she has in her head.
