Burly the Squirrel's acorn-collecting adventure continues as summer begins to change into fall. He sets off along the winding number path to gather more acorns before winter arrives.
On each counting page, children follow the colorful number path with their fingers, counting up the left side from 20 to collect an acorn and then counting backward down the right side to put it in Burly’s basket.
Children can begin by following the left side of the path only. As their confidence grows, they can add backward counting and complete the full path.
Designed for preschool, Pre-K, and kindergarten children who are ready to count beyond 20, this interactive adventure helps them practice number order, forward and backward counting, left-and-right awareness, and early math skills while becoming part of Burly’s story.
