Synopsis

This is the first book in the Adventures with Jimmy series, based on personal stories of Jimmy Gary. This book is based on a true story told by our Grandad, Jimmy Gary. He loved to tell stories, and we wanted to share some of them with you. He also loved to draw, and the illustrations in this book are inspired by some of Jimmy’s own drawings.

À propos des auteurs

Heather Dillard is a licensed counselor who lives in Lubbock, Texas. She is the author of "What the Scars Mean: How Nearly Dying Helped Me Make Peace with My Body." She's also authored a 30-day guided journal, a woman's devotional book, and several books that include gluten-free recipes. Heather dreams of traveling the world and enjoys reading, dancing, and spending time with family and friends.

Hannah Marie. is the illustrator of the Adventures with Jimmy series. She has written and illustrated the Cat Chronicles series, as well as a book for older kids and teens on the process of art, called INSPIRE (2025). Her adult books include MAMA (2017), SOLIVAGANT (2024), and RESERVED (2024). She currently works as an artist and author from her home near SanAntonio, Texas.
