À propos de l'auteur
Ryan Foster is a husband, father, and follower of Jesus who writes from the intersection of faith, mental health, and real life. Having walked through depression, shame, and seasons of deep spiritual struggle, Ryan shares his story not as someone who has it all fi gured out, but as someone who has learned to trust God in the waiting. He is married to his wife, Kerri, and together they are raising their daughter, Adeline. Ryan also hosts the Rebuilt with Ryan podcast, where he explores marriage, family, and mental health through a Christ-centered lens. Through his writing, Ryan hopes to remind others that even in the darkest moments, God is near, His promises are sure, and healing, though often slow, is always possible.
