Synopsis

Some books comfort the self. Seeking Shangri-La was written to free it. Informed by years of lived struggle, frontline work in ambulances and psychiatric units, and a relentless search for what is most true, Shangri-La is a poetic and penetrating work of spiritual philosophy for those still seeking answers to their deepest questions. Raw, mythic, and confrontational, it blends philosophy, psychology, mystical insight, and inner adventure into a work designed to crack the walls from the inside. This is implosive philosophy designed to shatter self-limiting beliefs. You don't need doors to open if you break down the walls. We venture, always to return. For in the end, Shangri-La can only be found within. May this book point you back home.
