Ina Saltanava, CEC, ICF PCC, is the founder of Global Leader Edge and a leadership coach specializing in intercultural and executive development. Ina is currently based in Brussels. With over two decades of experience working internationally, she helps professionals navigate the challenges of leading abroad with confidence and clarity. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and holds an Executive Coach Certification (CEC) from the Center for Executive Coaching in the United States. Ina combines her practical experience with coaching tools rooted in emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and global executive leadership.Having built a career abroad while raising a family, Ina understands firsthand the challenges women face in foreign workplaces - from cultural bias to balancing professional and personal expectations. Her own journey shaped her belief that leadership is not aboutperfection, but about resilience, authenticity, and learning to trust your own voice.
