Synopsis
Henry "Hank" Blankenship is seventeen years old, a senior in high school, and the proudest cowboy in Buffalo, Wyoming. He wears his boots everywhere, works cattle with his father, and spends his weekends jumping out of planes with his skydiving club. His friends say he should have been born in a prior century.
They have no idea how right they are.
When Hank jumps from ten thousand feet on a Saturday morning in May, he expects to join his teammates in a freefall formation over the Bighorn Mountains. Instead, he lands alone in a meadow along Clear Creek — in the same valley, in the same Wyoming — 154 years before he was born.
