Synopsis

A plane crash in the Timor Sea marks ground zero for Brandon Blake's wind rose. This is where his parents' plane went down when he was only ten years old.

The rising wind eventually drives him into past life regression. Hurtling into the 9th century life of a desert Arab, he discovers a set of scrolls lost to history and takes up his father's profession as a relic hunter. So begins his mind-altering, spiritual odyssey.

Finding the lost scrolls.of Hypatia of Alexandria launches Brandon into the treacherous global art and antiquities trade, so rife with conspiracies and secret societies. His journey carries him through liminal spaces around the globe -- Malta, the Outback, Bali, Oaxaca -- where he encounters mythical beings and uncanny entities. To navigate such spaces he must rely upon ancient divination techniques like Tarot and dowsing, all the while honing his own innate psychic powers.

In the end, Brandon learns finding love and fulfilling his life's mission is a matter of knowing which way the wind truly blows.

The Wind Rose Conspiracy is an adventure story unlike any other. It is a pilgrimage into the nature of memory, existence and purpose itself. Brandon's story is one we can all relate to, as it challenges the idea reality is only what we immediately see.
