Neil Wattier is a mental performance coach, educator, and Air Force veteran dedicated to helping young people develop the confidence, resilience, leadership, and emotional skills to support both performance and personal growth.Over the course of his career, Neil has coached young athletes, collegiate rugby players, and U.S. Air Force fighter pilots in the mental skills required to perform under pressure. He also taught college-level psychology courses at Grand Canyon University, including sport and performance psychology, leadership, team building, and general psychology.Drawing from experiences in athletics, higher education, and military aviation, Neil bridges the gap between mental performance theory and everyday application.
