Growing up in a loving and supportive family in the Bay Area, California, I began struggling with anxiety, school and learning at an early age. Through years of working with therapists, health professionals and mindfulness mentors, I've learned to view my past learning challenges as my many superpowers. I dedicated my Master's in Education (M.Ed.) thesis from UC Santa Barbara to researching the psychological needs of students and the mental heath benefits of implementing social emotional learning (SEL) education in K-12 classrooms.My unique experience teaching public and private school grades K-12, working with mindfulness meditation practitioners, 12] years as a senior global digital marketing strategy and corporate branding leader in Silicon Valley and yoga teacher training has compelled me to bring The Mindfulness Magic Universe to life.
