Maryanne is a retired Mathematics teacher in Indiana who loves to teach through stories. Currently, she can be found reading and writing for pleasure. Maryanne lives in Indiana with her terrific husband and has three adult children and one grandchild.

Jill is a retired early elementary school teacher, who loves children's books. Jill is the inventor of the Potato Birds and illustrated our story. She started drawing Potato Birds for cards for family. She currently volunteers teaching ESOL to adults at her church in Springfield, Virginia. She is married to her wonderful husband and has 2+2 adult children.
