Synopsis

Jenny and her boyfriend, David, travel to the Caribbean islands to visit with her Aunt Jessie. What begins to be a normal trip turns events upside down, and strange things that start happening while they are on their little vacation to visit family. They encounter some strange and funny characters during their adventures during this excursion to the island. Not to mention some strange and coincidental train of events that seemed to be unexplainable, but yet intriguing.

The thing that I enjoy writing about the most is events or unexplainable things that just happen in our day-to-day lives. Angels? Yes, they are real. And sometimes we don't know when one might be in our presence, looking over us and guiding us along life's journey. Although this is a fictional story, don't be surprised when an angel does appear in your life. It also shows that our God is a Loving God, and is always looking out for us in one way or another.

I have been writing poems and short stories for many years. Our family is originally from Brookhaven, Mississippi. My brother and I grew up partially in Mississippi and attended the New Hope UMC there, before our family moved to Baton Rouge, Louisiana in the early 1960s. The background of our family covers a wide multitude of relatives who were in the ministry, musicians, writers and artists. We have been blessed to have grown up in a loving family that encouraged and inspired us to keep growing in everything we are inspired to do in life.
