The changes in the human body sneak up on us as we age until we are finally forced to address them. What Nobody Tells You About Getting Older explores what's happening with pragmatic information that's as likely to make you laugh as say, "I didn't know that!"
WHOSE IDEA is this crazy collection of information, anyway? As she aged, author Mary Westheimer began keeping a list of all the things she didn't know about getting older. After five years she realized that list had gotten pretty long, and some of the insights, well, if she had only known!
Now you, your family members, and friends can benefit from this easy-to-digest collection of ideas, perspectives, and actions that will change your life for the better.
