That’s What Love Tastes Like is more than a cookbook—it is an invitation to rediscover the sacred beauty of the table.
Created by Dr. Nicholas Branch and Dr. Heidi Hunt, this collection of plant-forward, gluten-free recipes brings together nourishing whole foods, joyful hospitality, and the deep belief that meals shared in love can heal the body, mind, and spirit.
For more than a decade, Nick and Heidi have explored the intersection of wellness, faith, and food. Nick, a physical therapist and faith & wellness coach, brings his passion for brain and body vitality into the kitchen. Heidi, a coherence coach and professor, brings her love of nature, mindfulness, and meaningful gatherings to every meal she prepares. Together, they discovered something simple yet profound:
Food prepared with love carries a different energy.
In That’s What Love Tastes Like, you’ll find vibrant recipes designed to nourish and delight—using ingredients as close to nature as possible. From energizing smoothies and comforting soups to colorful brunch bowls, savory vegetable dishes, and wholesome desserts, each recipe celebrates the healing potential of real food.
