Robert Leigh Pruitt, II is a metaphysical teacher, author, and transformational facilitator whose work bridges spirituality and organizational life. As Director of Spiritual Life Coaching for the Inner Visions Institute for Spiritual Development, Robert supports individuals and organizations in aligning purpose, presence, and performance through spiritual principles. He also serves as Executive Director of The Soul Well Center, a metaphysical leadership and healing institute designed to help individuals reconnect to the wholeness that fuels authentic leadership. With more than 25 years of experience guiding global organizations, educational institutions, and government agencies, Robert's leadership facilitation has supported professionals from the FBI National Academy Associates, American University School of Business, University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, University of South Florida, Salesforce, Lockheed Martin, and Operation Smile, among others. His approach invites leaders to move beyond strategy and skill-to embody awareness, balance, and energetic intelligence in action.
