The second edition of Just Among Friends, Pages From My Sketch Book by Cecil Aldin in cloth binding.Includes an introduction by the author and twenty-seven pastel sketches of dogs, some in monochrome and some with splashes of colour. Collated, complete.Cecil Aldin was a British artists and illustrator best known for his pastels and paintings of animals.Prior owner's ink inscription to the first free endpaper from 1935. In cloth binding. Externally, smart. There is some bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. There are some markings to the back board. The spine is slightly worn.
