to "Dear Sir." The postcard (to " Vernon Ingraham, Chairman, S.M.U. English Department"), written in two paragraphs (in six lines) states (in part): "Yes, OK, include the poem, please make arrangements with City Lights (c/o Gail). Returned after several months tour including Fall River & Storrs- just found yr. letter but had impression I'd already answered it elsewhere. - Allen Ginsberg." Postcard is slightly tanned at extremities, else very good.
