À propos de l'auteur: David Clapham is Professor of Planning at the University of Reading in the UK and Visiting Professor at the University of Uppsala in Sweden. He has been undertaking research and teaching on housing issues for over 30 years and is the author of a number of books including The Meaning of Housing (also published by Policy Press).
