À propos de l’auteur
S.M. Sapuan is a Professor (Grade "A") of composite materials in the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, at the Universiti Putra Malaysia. He is also the former Head of the Advanced Engineering Materials and Composites Research Centre (AEMC) at UPM. He attained his BEng in mechanical engineering from the University of Newcastle, in Australia and then went on to receive his MSc in engineering design and PhD in materials engineering, from De Montfort University in the UK. He is a Professional Engineer and a Fellow of many professional societies, including the Society of Automotive Engineers; the Academy of Science Malaysia; the International Society for Development and Sustainability; the World Academy of Sciences; the Plastic and Rubber Institute Malaysia (PRIM); the Malaysian Scientific Association and the Institute of Materials Malaysia. He is an Honorary Member and past Vice President of the Asian Polymer Association and Founding Chairman and Honorary Member of The Society of Sugar Palm Development and Industry, Malaysia. During the course of his career, he has produced over 2500 publications, including 989 journal papers, 68 books and 246 book chapters.
M. K. A. Ariffin is a Professor within the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, at the Universiti Putra Malaysia, Serdang, Malaysia. During his career, he has supervised 14 Ph.D. students. He has also published over 70 technical papers in national and international journals/conferences. His current research interests include machining processes, finite element analysis, and optimization. Professor Ariffin is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the Institute of Engineers Malaysia, and the Malaysian Society for Engineering and Technology.
Professor Ir. Dr. Nukman bin Yusoff is a Professional CAD/CAM Engineer registered under the Board of Engineers Malaysia. He acquired his PhD from Loughborough University, UK (in the field of Laser Materials Processing) in 2009 and master's in engineering science, (Mechatronics) from De Montfort University, UK in 1998. He acquired his first degree in CAD/CAM from the University of Central England in Birmingham, UK. Since then, he has been teaching undergraduate courses in the field of CAD/CAM and Manufacturing and graduate level teaching in Manufacturing Automation and Control and other fields in Manufacturing. He was appointed as Head of Department of Engineering Design & Manufacture in 2007 till 2009. Since working at the University of Malaya he has been actively conducting research in the field of Laser Materials Processing, Human Factors, CAD/CAM, CNC and Manufacturing Process and Management.
Emin Bayraktar (Prof. Emeritus, Habil., Dr (Ph.D.), DSc--Doctor of Science) is an academic and research staff member in Mechanical and Manufacturing engineering at SUPMECA/Paris, France. His research areas include manufacturing techniques of new materials (basic composites--hybrid), metal forming of thin sheets (design + test + FEM), static and dynamic behavior and optimization of materials (experimental and FEM--utilization and design of composite-based metallic and non-metallic, powder metallurgy, and energetic material aeronautical applications), metallic-based and non-metallic materials, powder metallurgy and metallurgy of steels, welding, and heat treatment, as well as the processing of new composites, sintering techniques, sinter-forging, and thixoforming, . He has authored more than 200 publications in International Journals and Conference Proceedings and has also authored more than 90 research reports (European = Steel Committee projects, Test + Simulation). He is a Fellow of WAMME (World Academy of Science in Materials and Manufacturing Engineering), an Editorial Board--Member of JAMME (International Journal of Achievement in Materials and Manufacturing Engineering), an Advisory board member of AMPT--2009 (Advanced Materials Processing technologies), and a member of APCMP--2008 and APCMP--2010.
Fathi Masoud is currently working as a doctorate student/research assistant in the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, at the University Putra Malaysia. His main areas of research are CAD, Design Engineering, Computer-aided Engineering and Design Optimization.

Le délai de rétractation expirera au bout de 14 jours à compter du jour où vous-même, ou un tiers autre que le transporteur et désigné par vous, prendrez physiquement possession de la dernière marchandise, du dernier lot ou de la dernière pièce.

Effets de la rétractation
Si vous exercez votre droit de rétractation sur ce contrat, nous vous rembourserons tous les paiements que vous avez effectués, y compris les frais de livraison (à l'exception des frais supplémentaires résultant du choix d'un mode de livraison autre que le type de livraison standard le moins cher que nous proposons).
Nous pouvons déduire du remboursement la perte de valeur de toute marchandise livrée, si la perte est le résultat d'une manipulation inutile de votre part.
Nous effectuerons le remboursement dans les meilleurs délais, et au plus tard 14 jours après le jour où nous aurons été informés de votre décision d'exercer votre droit de rétractation sur ce contrat.

Vous devez renvoyer les marchandises ou les remettre à moluna, Greven, Germany, sans retard injustifié et, en tout état de cause, au plus tard 14 jours à compter du jour où vous nous avez communiqué votre décision de rétractation du présent contrat. Le délai est respecté si vous renvoyez les marchandises avant l'expiration du délai de 14 jours. Vous devrez prendre en charge les frais directs du renvoi des marchandises. Vous n'êtes responsable que de toute diminution de valeur des marchandises résultant d'une manipulation autre que celle nécessaire pour établir la nature, les caractéristiques et le fonctionnement des marchandises.
Exceptions au droit de rétractation
Le droit de rétractation ne s'applique pas à ce qui suit :
- Distribution de journaux, de revues ou de magazines, à l'exception des contrats d'abonnement ; et
- Fourniture d'un contenu numérique qui n'est pas fourni sur un support matériel (par exemple, sur un CD ou un DVD) si vous avez accepté, lors de votre commande, que nous puissions commencer à le livrer et que vous ne puissiez pas exercer votre droit de rétractation une fois la livraison commencée.
