À propos de l’auteur
Dr. Niraj Kumar has more than sixteen years of experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate course. He also has experience of working in industries in different position. Dr. Niraj Kumar completed his PhD from NIT Hamirpur and currently working as Professor in Amity University, Uttar Pradesh, Noida, India. Prior to joining Amity University, he has worked as Director in different engineering colleges. His research interest involves IC engine, alternative fuels, renewable energy and solar energy. Professor Niraj Kumar is acting as reviewer for various international journals including Renewable and Sustainable Energy Review, Applied Energy, Energy Conversion and Management and Applied Thermal engineering (Elsevier Publication). He is member of peer-reviewing committee for evaluation of scientific project for countries like Kazakhstan and Israel. He has authored many research papers in esteemed journals. Professor Niraj Kumar has also authored book chapters with highly acclaimed publishers including Elsevier and Springer. He has delivered many guest lectures in conferences and workshops. He has received grant under MODROBS from AICTE.
Dr. Szalay Tibor is working as an associate professor and heading the Department of Manufacturing Science and Engineering, Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BUTE), Hungary. He was Vice Dean of Scientific and International Affairs in BUTE, Hungary from 2008 to 2012. He completed PhD in 2001 from BUTE Hungary. He received Gillemot Prize of the BME Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in 2016, Knight-of-Cross from the Order of Merit of the Hungarian Republic in 2015, Békésy Professor Fellowship of the Hungarian Ministry of Education in 2003, Bolyai Research Followship of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, 1996, Development of technology - reward of the Scientific Society of Mechanical Engineering in 1996 and Scholarship of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences from 1983 to1986. He was the Hungarian coordinator of two EU FP6 projects and he is responsible for the participation of the BME in the H2020 Teaming project Center of Excellence Production Informatics and Control (EPIC). He is leading more than 34 research projects and 37 industrial R&D projects. He has supervised 18 students for Scientific Students Work, 143 students for BSc and MSc theses and 6 PhD students. Dr. Szalay has published and presented more than 150 papers.
Dr. Rahul Sindhwani received his Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering (Industrial Engineering & Management) in 2017, M.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering (Industrial Engineering & Management) with distinction and Gold Medal in 2010, B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2008, from Kurukshetra University, India. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department, Amity School of Engineering and Technology, Amity University, Noida, India. He is an active lifetime member of the Indian Society of Technical Education and a fellow member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology. He is having teaching, research, and administrative experience of more than 10 years. He has been actively involved in organizing several national and international conferences and has published more than 25 research papers and book chapters in the area of industrial engineering and management in various international journals of repute. His area of expertise is industrial engineering and management, supply chain management, lean, green and agile manufacturing system along with analysis of problems using structural equation modelling, statistical analysis, interpretive structural modelling, and multi-criteria decision modelling, etc.
Dr. Priyank Srivastava is Ph.D. from National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra and faculty at ASET, AUUP, Noida. He has completed graduation in 2001, post-graduation in 2006, from Amravati University and Madan Mohan Malviya Engineering College, Gorakhpur, respectively. He has teaching experience of more than 15 years. He has published around 27 papers in international journals, international conferences, and book chapters. His research interests are in the areas of risk and reliability, manufacturing system modelling, maintenance management, operations management, and MCDM techniques.
Dr. Jaesun Lee is PhD from Pusan National University, Busan, Korea. He is working as Vice Dean of Planning, Changwon National University; Vice Director, Extreme environment Design and Manufacturing Innovation Canter (X-DEMIC), RLRC, Changwon National University; and Assistant Professor, School of Mechanical Engineering, Changwon National University, Korea. His research interest includes ultrasonic NDE/SHM (structural health monitoring), long range inspection (guided wave) technology, theoretical wave scattering analysis, tomography (Defect Imaging), prognostic study, solid mechanics, structural analysis, applied mechanics and nonlinear ultrasonic. He worked as senior researcher in Korea Railroad Research Institute, Korea, and as postdoctoral research fellow in Pusan National University, Korea. He has received many honours and awards namely Young Scientist Award from Korean Society for Railway, Korea; Best Dissertation Award from The Korean Society of Mechanical Engineers, Korea; Outstanding Paper Award in 14th CSS-EEST, Japan; and Global Ph.D. Fellowship from National Research Foundation Scholarship, Korea. He has published more than 30 research papers in international journals and 30 research papers in conference proceedings. He is having 4 patents and 4 technology transferred to his credit. Le délai de rétractation expirera au bout de 14 jours à compter du jour où vous-même, ou un tiers autre que le transporteur et désigné par vous, prendrez physiquement possession de la dernière marchandise, du dernier lot ou de la dernière pièce.
Pour exercer votre droit de rétractation, remplissez électroniquement et envoyez une déclaration claire sur notre site Web, sous « Vos achats » dans « Votre compte ». Nous vous communiquerons sans délai un accusé de réception de cette rétractation sur un support durable (par exemple, par e-mail).
Pour respecter le délai de rétractation, il vous suffit d'envoyer votre message concernant l'exercice de votre droit de rétractation avant l'expiration du délai de rétractation.
Effets de la rétractation
Si vous exercez votre droit de rétractation sur ce contrat, nous vous rembourserons tous les paiements que vous avez effectués, y compris les frais de livraison (à l'exception des frais supplémentaires résultant du choix d'un mode de livraison autre que le type de livraison standard le moins cher que nous proposons).
Nous pouvons déduire du remboursement la perte de valeur de toute marchandise livrée, si la perte est le résultat d'une manipulation inutile de votre part.
Nous effectuerons le remboursement dans les meilleurs délais, et au plus tard 14 jours après le jour où nous aurons été informés de votre décision d'exercer votre droit de rétractation sur ce contrat.

Le délai est respecté si vous renvoyez les marchandises avant l'expiration du délai de 14 jours. Vous devrez prendre en charge les frais directs du renvoi des marchandises. Vous n'êtes responsable que de toute diminution de valeur des marchandises résultant d'une manipulation autre que celle nécessaire pour établir la nature, les caractéristiques et le fonctionnement des marchandises.
Exceptions au droit de rétractation
Le droit de rétractation ne s'applique pas à ce qui suit :
- Distribution de journaux, de revues ou de magazines, à l'exception des contrats d'abonnement ; et
