Clyde is a Cocker Spaniel that has developed a unique relationship with his human best friend. The Fat Guy, as he calls him, shares his sarcastic humor, philosophy, and adventures in this unique story of direct communication between one human and one dog. The Fat Guy and Clyde take on the challenge of the Pacific Crest Trail which extends from Mexico to Canada and share the adventure together with a lot of humor, sarcasm, and truly loving shared experience. With the Fat Guy’s wife, the Nurse Lady, they somehow relate to the real world in a direct communication while experiencing drive-in movies, cross country car trips, and their mutual love of food, humor, and each other. Unlike other dog stories, there is an enormous amount of shared hilarity expressed directly between dog and human, a shared view of dog and human philosophy, and of course mutual love between a dog and his best friend.
