A propos de cet article

This illustrated work suggests solutions for management problems by means of storytelling, in the tradition of the Greek slave Aesop who lived and told his animal fables around 600BC. 17 animals have been chosen for this set of cautionary tales which includes the Wombat from Australia, the Chameleon from Africa, the hedgehog from the UK, and the Beaver from North America. It is aimed to help managers understand the people they work with and for management trainers who want their message to stick. The first section of each chapter introduces a management problem using a fictional animal fable, the second section follows up with corresponding real life management case studies whilst the third section gives advice and tips for managers who recognize themselves or their teams in the stories. The book has been read, but is in excellent condition. Pages are intact and not marred by notes or highlighting. The spine remains undamaged.

We give people around the world the opportunity to contribute to the circular economy, earn money and protect the planet, by trading their unwanted books and media. - Shopiago: Through Shopiago, we help others.
