When a young girl's grandmother dies, she wonders about Grandma's promise to be there for her "always and forever." In her grief, she questions, "Does forever stop and always have an end?"

But as she remembers the good times she had with her grandma, the memories serve to help keep her grandma alive in her heart.

Touching and memorable, this realistic approach to helping children with their feelings of grief highlights the importance of cherishing memories and the value of building relationships. Delightful rhyming language will appeal to both children and adults.
