Condition Original printers hardback in basic fair good condition, edges brown paper repaired. Contents mostly very good, clean & tight condition, untrimmed, (never fully read as pages 225 -228 are uncut), a few corner tip folds, old brown paper inside edge repair between front endpage & illustrated portrait frontice. No inscriptions clean endpages. Rear paper over board detached, board attached to contents. Looks like an unsold copy, so never rebound. Printed for T. and J. Allman London.
