The answer is as simple as the elimination of vegetable oils - oils that are extremely high in omega-6 fats - which are highly pro-oxidative, pro-inflammatory, toxic, and nutrient deficient. Chris Knobbe, MD, is a physician, ophthalmologist, nutrition researcher, author, speaker, public health advocate, and the founder of two nonprofit organizations: Ancestral Health Foundation and Cure AMD Foundation. Since 2015, Dr. Knobbe has given scores of presentations and achieved international academic recognition for his work on the dangers of highly polyunsaturated vegetable oils. Dr. Knobbe's goals are altruistic and humanitarian; he accepts no compensation for his work in this field.

Suzanne Alexander, M.Ed., is a nutrition researcher with more than 40 years of research to her credit. Suzanne, like Dr. Knobbe, accepts no compensation for her work in this field.
