Arvind Dagur is currently working as Professor and Program Chair in school of Computing Science and Engineering, Galgotias University, Greater Noida, India. He worked as Professor & Dy. Head, in Department of Computer Science and Engineering, KEC (KIET Group) Ghaziabad. He has more than 18 Years of experience in Teaching and research. He completed Ph.D. (Computer Engineering) from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, India (A Central University), M.Tech. (Computer Science and Engineering) from MNNIT, Allahabad, India and B.Tech. (CSE) from UPTU, Lucknow. He has published more than 30 research papers in reputed international journals and conferences. His research papers are indexed in SCI, SCOPUS, DBLP, and ESCI, etc. He also published five book chapters in Springer Book series such as LNCS, AICS Series, and LNICST. He has chaired many sessions in various conferences and been a reviewer of many conferences and journals. He is the conference chair and proceedings editor of ICABCS 2023 and ICAIIT 2023.

Dhirendra Kumar Shukla is currently working as Associate Professor in School of Computer Science & Engineering Department, He has total experience of more than 11 years of teaching Computer science and Engineering Department and has been associated with Galgotias University since 2022. He has published 11 journal research papers in the area of cloud computing.

Nazarov Fayzullo Makhmadiyarovich currently works as the head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Information Systems at Samarkand State University in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. He worked as a professor and associate professor. He completed an internship at Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology, India. He has more than eight years of experience in prestigious higher education institutions such as Samarkand State University and Uzbekistan-Finland Pedagogical Institute. He completed his PhD in Tashkent, Tashkent University of Information Technologies in June 2021 (Blockchain technologies). He completed his master’s thesis in Samarkand, Samarkand State University in June 2014 (Applied Mathematics and Information Technologies). He graduated from Samarkand State University, Samarkand in June 2012 (Applied Mathematics). He has published more than 20 scientific articles in prestigious international journals/conferences. His scientific articles are indexed in journals approved by SCOPUS, IEEE and WoS. He has also published book chapters in the Springer Book series.

Akhatov Akmal Rustamovich currently works as a professor at the Department of Software Engineering at Samarkand State University in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. He worked as a professor and associate professor. He did internships at universities in India, Spain, and Japan. He has more than 20 years of experience in prestigious higher education institutions such as Samarkand State University and National University of Uzbekistan. He completed his DSc doctoral thesis in Tashkent, Tashkent University of Information Technologies in October 2014 (Data Science). He completed his PhD thesis in Tashkent, Tashkent University of Information Technologies in May 2006 (Data Analysis). He graduated from Samarkand, Samarkand State University in June 1999 with a bachelor’s degree (Applied Mathematics). He has published more than 35 scientific articles in prestigious international journals/conferences. His scientific articles are indexed in journals approved by SCOPUS, IEEE and WoS. He has also published book chapters in the Springer Book series.

Jabbarov Jamol Sindorovich currently works as the head of the Department of Computer Science and Technology at Sharof Rashidov Samarkand State University in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. He worked as a professor and associate professor. He has more than six years of experience in prestigious higher education institutions such as Samarkand State University and Uzbekistan-Finland Pedagogical Institute. He completed his PhD in Tashkent, Tashkent University of Information Technologies in February 2023 (Numerical analysis). He completed his master’s thesis in Samarkand, Samarkand State University in June 2014 (Applied Mathematics and Information Technologies). He graduated from Samarkand State University, Samarkand in June 2012 (Applied Mathematics). He has published more than ten scientific articles in prestigious international journals/conferences. His scientific articles are indexed in journals approved by SCOPUS, IEEE and WoS.
