A propos de cet article

91 pp. A very scarce early New Hampshire imprint, the title of which continues "And Illustrate the Duty of Parents, to Embrace this Covenant, Dedicate their Children in Baptism, and Train Them Up in the Fear of God." In these two discourses, Reverend Church exhorts parents to raise pious and faithful children. Shaw & Shoemaker locate only two copies of this pamphlet (American Antiquarian Society and Library of Congress). Shaw & Shoemaker: 8186. Not in Rosenbach. Early/original blue paper wrappers with chipping and a small hole in back wrapper. Staining, occasionally heavy and especially to first and final few leaves.
