Chicago:The Lakeside Press. 1873. 323pp+2pp glossary. Illustrated with chromolithograph half title page and 12 additional plates. Hardcover. Decorated boards soiled, sun-faded and shelfworn, with wear along all edges, spine ends chipped and frayed and edge points worn. The sun-fading is worse on spine strip with gilt completely faded and along edges of front and rear boards. Internally yellow end-pages are slightly age toned but clean, free of previous owners marks or signatures. Paper throughout is clean but lightly age toned.
