Bound by a Curse-and Maybe Some Chemistry!

Bennet, a dashing Djinn from Aetheria-a world of Regency-style manners and magical drama-is on a mission to find his runaway sister. She's ditched her royal wedding and fled to the mortal world, leaving Bennet to clean up the mess before their family name goes up in enchanted flames. But when he tracks her down, she flips the script, trapping him in a cursed lamp.

Enter Cassie, a no-nonsense New Orleans local juggling a wild family, a mountain of bills, and a knack for locating lost things. When she stumbles across Bennet's lamp, she unleashes not just a very cranky-and very attractive-Djinn but also a world of trouble.

Now, Bennet and Cassie are stuck with each other: he's tethered to her and the lamp, and she's stuck with a cursed grump haunting her backyard. To break the curse, they'll need to work together to track down Bennet's sister, dodge family drama (both Djinn and human), and maybe, just maybe, figure out why their connection feels less like a curse and more like fate.
