Charlie is an alpha black bear shifter, single father, and business owner. That’s been his identity since graduating high school. No time for dating. Barely time for friends unless it’s other business owners he sees every other week at the town’s farmers market. But his son is now a college graduate. Back home but with his own job and his own friends.

One of those friends is coming for a short visit.

Omega house cat shifter, Blake, has finished college and should be starting a job. His parents blame it on the degree he chose and want him to find something. Needing a break from the job search grind, he plans a vacation to visit his best friend from college.

All he is expecting is a break and time with a friend. He had no idea he would meet his fated mate. But would that mate accept someone so much younger and who doesn’t have a job?

The Black Bear and His Son’s Best Friend is a sweet with knotty heat mpreg shifter romance. It continues the Alphas of Maadiah Mountain series, but can be read as a standalone.
