Hardback, 7 x 4 inches. In dark blue/black textured morocco leather wit hdecorative gilt paneled boards, raised and gilt banding to spine with gilt lettering. Full gilt page edges, gilt dentelles. Light brown endpapers. In very good condition. Spine slightly faded with some rubbing and handling marks, corners slightly bumped. Neat inscription to front ?Sarah Fankerner, given her by her Father, May 18th 1807.? Small tear to inner corner of endpaper. Else inside pages all clean and tight. Else a very good clean and tight copy. Unpaginated. Book of Common Prayer in a nice leather binding. Published in 1801 with neat inscription dated exactly one month before the Battle of Waterloo.
