Foxing on prelims esp. frontispiece engraving. Otherwise text clean throughout except for some spots of foxing on edges. Text contained within ruled margins. Binding sound. Green eps. Previous owner's bookplate on fep. Maroon cloth boards with gilt lettering on spine and gilt vignette on front board. Top and bottom of spine rubbed and a little frayed. Spine sunned. Corners and one patch on edge of front board rubbed. Overall condition VG.
