What’s the worst day to have a medical emergency? The day the world ends.

For three strangers, the zombie apocalypse couldn't have come at a worse time:

• Riley, a graphic designer, has just broken her only pair of glasses, leaving her functionally blind in a world where sight is survival.
• Seth, a hospital worker, is trapped in complex orthodontic headgear—a metallic beacon that the infected find irresistible.
• Mateo, a dental manager, has just had his upper teeth extracted, leaving him unable to eat solid food or even speak clearly.

Brought together by a twist of fate, this found family of "medical misfits" must turn their bizarre liabilities into their greatest strengths. Hunted by the infected and a sinister cult of survivors known as "The Enlightened," they'll discover that, in a world gone mad, being broken is the only thing that can make you whole.

Brace For It is a darkly comedic post-apocalyptic adventure, perfect for fans of The Last of Us who wish it had a few more laughs, and readers of Zombieland who crave a story with a found family you’ll fight and die for.
