Higher education is in crisis. It is too expensive, ineffective, and impractical for many of the world's students. Bob Kerrey is Executive Chairman of the Minerva Institute for Research and Scholarship, where he advocates for broad reform in higher education. Before joining the Institute, Kerrey was President of The New School. Kerrey served as Governor of Nebraska from 1983 to 1987 and as United States Senator from Nebraska from 1989 to 2001.

Effets de la rétractation
