Product Description: Burning Wheel is designed to offer players the opportunity to feel the dirt below their boots, the grit between their teeth, and cold steel in their hands. What makes the game dynamic is a focus on character development, earning your abilities, and fast-moving, scripted combat. Everyone comes from somewhere. Choose from hundreds of lifepaths, providedin the Character Burner, to create nearly infinite variations of characters. All characters have something in common, but no two are completely alike! Examples include Taskmaster, Galley Slave, Mad Wizard, Sword Singer, Artificer, and Blood Summoner. How can you be an expert marksman if you never pick up a bow? The answer is: you can't. Only through overcoming "obstacles," can a character become better at what he/she does. The more difficult the obstacle, the more the character improves. You can also set up practice routines to improve your character over time. Combat is scripted and broken down into three separate sections, called volleys. The more agile your character is the more he/she can act in a volley. Once all characters have written out their actions, melee is resolved. OUR GRADING
*SW Shrink Wrapped. Still in the original factory shrink wrap, with condition
visible through shrink noted. For example, 'SW (NM)' means shrink wrapped in
near-mint condition.
*Mint Perfect. Brand new.
*NM Near Mint. Like new with only the slightest wear, many times
indistinguishable from a Mint item. Close to perfect, very collectible. Board
games in this condition may be played but show little to no wear.
*EXExcellent. Lightly used, but almost like new. May show very small spine
creases or slight corner wear. Absolutely no tears and no marks, a collectible
condition.
*VG VG Very Good. Used. May have medium sized creases, scuff marks, very small
stain, etc. Complete and very useable.
*Fair Very well used, but complete and useable. May have flaws such as tears,
pen marks or highlighting, large creases, stains, marks, a loose map, etc.
*PoorExtremely well used and has major flaws, which may be too numerous to
mention. Item is complete unless noted.
*More Notes Some items are listed as 'code/code.' The first code represents the box or book cover condition,
the second code describes the contents. When only one condition is listed, then the box or cover and contents are in the same condition. I
*A '+' (plus) sign indicates that an item is close to the next highest condition. Example, EX+ is an item between Excellent and Near Mint condition. A

Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours. DOMESTIC orders (USA) will arrive within 5-12 business days. INTERNATIONAL orders may come via surface and will take approximately 7-45 business days to arrive (worst case scenario).
