Trevis L. Gleason is an award-winning writer and culinarian. He is cathaoirleach of the Corca Dhuibhne Food Network, ambassador of the Blas na hÉireann Irish Food Awards and a member of the Irish Food Writers' Guild. He has been published in The Irish Times, Irish Examiner, Irish Independent, The Lancet and The New England Journal of Medicine, among others. His previous works include Chef Interrupted, Dingle Dinners, Burren Dinners: From the Chefs and Artisan Food Producers of North Clare and Living Well with Multiple Sclerosis.
Gleason lives in the west of County Kerry with his wife, Caryn, and their wheaten terriers, Aurélia and Cece.
Joanne Murphy is an award winning photographer with a creative focus on food and lifestyle.
Over the course of her 20 year career she has worked with some of the biggest names in the Irish food business such as Darina Allen, Neven Maguire, Rory O’Connell, Catherine Fulvio, Roz Purcell and Domini Kemp amongst others.
As well as photographing 30+ cookbooks she has also worked with brands such as Bord Bia, Glanbia, Lidl, Dunnes Stores, Monart and Pink Lady to name a few.
Joanne has a great understanding of ideas relating to food and current trends, all the while retaining her artist’s vision and her own unique, visual sensibility.
CARSTEN KRIEGER is a photographer, author and environmentalist based on the west coast of Ireland. He has published numerous books on Ireland’s landscape, nature and heritage including Ireland’s Coast, The River Shannon, the popular Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way and Ireland’s Wild Beauty: A Book of Days. His book Wild Ireland: A Nature Journey from Shore to Peak was shortlisted for the An Post Irish Book Awards 2023. His most recent book is Ten Thousand Years Deep: The Story of Ireland’s Peatlands.
Carsten, a former An Taisce Climate Ambassador, is currently a Green Sod Ireland Biodiversity Ambassador, and is also working with Banner Books, an independent bookshop in County Clare, on a series of regional natural history books.
