À propos de l?auteur: Jhong S. Lee has nearly 40 years of experience in satellite communication systems, signal processing, electronic warfare, and spread-spectrum system analysis. He is president and CEO of J.S. Lee Associates, Inc., Maryland, an R&D firm specializing in DoD components and wireless communications systems for second generation digital cellular and PCS systems. The author of more than 70 technical articles and professional papers, he earned his D.Sc. in electrical engineering from The George Washington University, Washington, DC. Dr. Lee is a Fellow of the IEEE. Leonard E. Miller is vice president of research at J.S. Lee Associates, Inc., where he specializes in the analysis of military electronic support and communication systems. He has more than 30 years of experience in signal detection and electronic countermeasures, signal processing design, and electronic defense systems. Dr. Miller has published dozens of technical papers and has served as a reviewer for the IEEE. He earned his Ph.D. from the Catholic University of America, Washington, DC.
