COMPASSION IN ACTION - A Leadership Paradigm That Cultivates Organizational Happiness (Organizational Happiness - Compassion In Action)

In a world where leadership is often associated with authority, control, and results at any cost, Compassion In Actionoffers a refreshing and necessary shift. Lars Kure Larsen presents a compelling case for compassionate leadership as a critical driver of organizational happiness, high performance, and sustainable success. This book challenges the traditional notions of leadership and invites leaders to embrace compassion as a strategic priority rather than a “nice-to-have” trait.

What is Compassion In Action?

Compassion In Action is not about soft leadership—it’s about real leadership. It’s about leaders having the courage to listen, the wisdom to ask the right questions, and the responsibility to act in ways that serve the well-being of their people and the long-term success of their organizations. Compassionate leadership is about creating environments where people thrive, feel valued, and are empowered to contribute meaningfully.

Lars defines Compassion In Action as:

“An interest in understanding the difficulties of other people—and a burning desire to do something about it!”
