Dunn Senior Academic Chair and Program Director of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program; Vice Chair of Academic Affairs in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at The Methodist Hospital--Houston; Clerkship Director and Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at The University of Texas--Houston Medical School (Houston, Texas).

Konrad P. Harms, MD is Associate Program Director and Director of Academic Development for the Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program at The Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas.

Cristo Papasakelariou, MD, is Clinical Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. He is also the Clinical Director of Gynecologic Surgery at Christus St. Joseph Hospital in Houston, Texas.
