1349pp + many plates. Complete in 3 vols., bound in blue cloth, spines faded. With the bookplate of Erhard H. Hirschberg. One plate of Afghanistan has been partially cut out and then re-attached. Several plates have m/s notes in margins. Detailed catalogue. Originally issued in parts the lack of a title page is unsurprising. An important work with many plates of reconstructed sheets including plating guides for Shanghai locals, Indian native states issues and Malayan States. Very scarce.
