In the early days of his web design and programming career, he set out to experience “the blog” first-hand. He wrote about what he knew best: himself. He is Tom Nardone, a self-proclaimed fountain of insight.

Tom Nardone was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder at age 29. Through his writing, he candidly shares relatable experiences of living with untreated and treated ADHD. Tom doesn’t consider ADHD a curse, nor does he wish for a cure. It is precisely this attitude that has inspired countless bloggers, ADHD coaches, parents, educators, and the ADHD community.
