Item description from seller

Condition of the book is very good. The boards are clean and firm, the binding appears tight, and the pages are clean and well preserved. I would not call it Near Fine without checking the entire interior for writing, highlighting, stains, or former-owner markings. Dust jacket condition is good, The dust jacket is complete and bright, with rubbing, creasing, small tears, and chipping concentrated along the corners and spine ends. The upper spine corner has the most noticeable wear. It is definitely better than Fair because it remains complete, presentable, and structurally intact. Second edition hardcover published by Breakthrough Publications in 1997. Contains 248 pages with 18 illustrated plans for sheds and horse barns accommodating one to nine horses, along with information on site selection, materials, construction, ventilation, storage, breeding facilities, and related planning considerations. The blue hardcover boards are clean and firm, the binding is tight, and the pages appear clean and well preserved. The original dust jacket is bright and complete, with rubbing, creasing, small tears, and chipping along the corners and spine ends, most noticeably at the upper spine corner. No writing, highlighting, odors, or missing pages noted.

Description de la boutique

Welcome to Always More to Give. We are a family-owned business in Delray Beach, Florida. Through our work with estate liquidations and curated resale, we have the privilege of discovering libraries filled with everything from everyday reading copies to signed books, first editions, vintage and antiquarian works, and other unique finds. Every collection has a story, and we enjoy matching those books with readers, collectors, and institutions that will appreciate them for years to come. Our inventory is constantly changing and includes fiction, history, art, military, religion, children’s books, cookbooks, and many other subjects.
