With an 8 pp. stapled pamphlet (small quarto) in English. This is the Benjamin introduction. There is a description of the plates and bibliography in addition to the introductory remarks. Text is in Hebrew. A facsimile of a lavish 18th century illuminated Hagadah executed by Uri Pheibush son of Isaac Eisik Segal in the manner of the illustrations of the Amsterdam Hagadah of 1695, but in color. This work is magnificently illustrated throughout by scribe and illustrator Uri Pheibush*, son of Isaac Eisik Segal. This illuminated manuscript is lacking its 8-page booklet containing an introduction by Chaya Benjamin. Moderate and sporadic rubbing along edges of slipcase. Text in Hebrew. Slipcase in overall good+, binding and interior in very good condition. * Uri Feibush ben Isak Eisik Segal was born in 1719, and worked as a scribe in the so-called triple-community ('Dreigemeinde') Hamburg-Altona-Wandsbeck.
