Very scarce.In publisher's original cloth-backed boards.Illustrated with fourteen colour plates, containing twenty-eight mosaic designs.Undated, dated from a copy held by the University of Cambridge Libraries.The marble mosaic pavement catalogue from the London- and Paris-based Burke & Co., masons and carvers in granite, marble and stone and specialisers in marble and Venetian enamel mosaics. In publisher's original cloth-backed boards. Externally, smart with slight bumping and rubbing, leading to subtle fraying and loss of cloth, and a few marks to boards. Internally, firmly bound with the exception of plates 22 and 23, which are marginally more fragile. Bright and clean with only light sporadic spotting throughout, heavier to front free endpapers and plates 22 and 23. Very Good.
