A propos de cet article

143 S. Das Architekturmagazin ist in sehr gutem, sauberen Zustand. Einband minimal berieben. Sonst sauberes und wohlerhaltenes Exemplar. Mit zahlreichen s/w und farbigen Fotografien. Grundrisse/Pläne. Zweisprachig (englisch/japanisch). -----Inhalt. Special Feature for GA Document 112 : CHINA TODAY. Feature 1: EXPO 2010 Shanghai, China 70 million visitors are expected to come to Shanghai Expo. It will be exceeded visitors of Osaka Expo which is most numbers in the history. The next Expo in Milan, 2015 is supposed to be a without-pavilion style--gardens with each nations' production/food courts which is planned by four Architects such as Jacques Herzog. That is, Shanghai Expo might be the last one with many nations's pavilions. We focus on the following pavilions, Spain (Benedetta Taguliabue), UK (Thomas Heatherwick), Denmark (BIG/Bjarke Ingels) and Egypt (Zaha Hadid). All of them set up prominent works covering with their sign, considering a situation/position of Expo, a theme connecting or distinguish China and their own country. Besides these pavilions, others are shown as well with site map. This Expo is held until October 31st, although it might be better to visit by yourselves, check out the 'last' pavilion-style Expo and enjoy it virtually on pages. Feature 2: Contemporary Architects in China Based on our reserch for several months, we decided to focus on three Architects as Chang Yungho, Liu Jiakun and Wang Shu. Although their bases are different regions--Beijing, Chengdu, Hangzhou, they all try to modernize Chinese Architecture and solve problems which contemporary China has. The essence of their works has international quality. Please feel it with pages capturing their feature. ISBN: 9784871402729 Due to new EU packaging regulations, we are currently unable to ship to many EU countries.
