Kaminski, director of the Center for the Study of the American Constitution at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Bill of Rights series co-editors include Kaminski, Thomas H. Linley, Timothy D. Moore, Oindrila Chattopadhyay, and Dustin Cohan.
