She eventually started and still directs Mumbling Marmot Tutoring in Durango, CO which places specialized tutors with students of all ages and needs. Co-author Dr. Alta E. Graham, was the daughter who struggled to learned to read, and now reads 3 times faster than her teacher! She's a music professor and also tutors reading and math.
