Illustrated with maps and numerous black and white photographs.Robin Fedden lectured at Cairo University, was Attache to the British Legation in Athens and was for many years Deputy Director-General of the National Trust. Paperback in good condition, this is a 1986 reprint of the original 1977 edition. The pages are clean and unmarked and tightly bound. A previous owner has written their name on the first page.
